Copublish ("the App”) provides content creators software that allows them to engage with brands to create social media posts for them to drive UGC content creation and targeted organic reach ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App.

Personal Information the App Collects

We collect, or may collect in the future, the following types of personal information from you when you create an account on the App:
• Name, email, phone number, and/or address for contacting you about account updates
• Social media accounts (e.g. TikTok) in order to track and review content submissions. When you connect your social media accounts, we will have access to your profile information (e.g. username, profile bio, number of followers, number of following) as well as a list of any past and future content posted and their engagement statistics.
• Certain financial information necessary to comply with financial laws and to handle payments to you.

When the App is loaded on your page, we collect information for analytics purposes, telemetry, and to provide a better experience for brands and creators using Copublish.
• Device information/specifications.
• Technical information about your computer or mobile device (e.g., type of device, web browser or operating system, IP address) to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitor movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information.
• Length and extent of usage. How long and in what manner you used the App and which services and features you used.
• Pixel IDs for attribution and metrics from platforms including but not limited to TikTok and Facebook.
• The product, product price, and product ID that user's sign up for Copublish from for conversion attribution.
• Customer actions such opening and closing the call to action for analytics purposes.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual or through the use of the following technologies:

• “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to:
• Communicate with you.
• Handle financial payments to you.
• Optimize or improve the App.
• Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
• Share your public posts and social media account profile with other creators on the platform for inspiration and program transparency.
• Analyze your posts and account statistics, by hand or by machine, for better understanding the marketing efficacy of various types of content.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example to complete financial payouts related to content creation activities you have undertaken), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
